Part-A: Qualifying Requirements for Works:
(i) The contractor should have Registration / independent PF Code No. / IT PAN / Sales Tax No. & Service Tax Code (if applicable).
(ii) The contractor should have executed similar works during last 03 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The contractor should submit the information about the turnover of the company during last three financial years.
Similar works shall mean as under:
Civil construction & Maintenance works mean Building works / drainage / boundary wall / roads / water supply etc.
Electrical Erection & Maintenance means construction / maintenance of 11 KV or above power network / LT / HT sub-stations / Overhead / Underground lines. The contractor should have Electrical License from ELBO authority.
Mechanical Erection & Maintenance means – Mechanical maintenance & Erection of various Systems & equipments as per list above.
Housekeeping work means house keeping of Office buildings / plants / roads etc.
Maintenance work of ACs and Water coolers means maintenance of ACs / Air Conditioning Plants / Water Coolers / Deep freezers.

Part-B: Qualifying Requirement for Supply items:
(i) The vendor should be a manufacturer or authorized distributor or authorized dealer or authorized Stockiest who have supplied materials/equipments to Govt. Departments, PSU’s or large private sector companies during last 03 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. Agency should produce the information about their turnover for last three years.
(ii) The vendor should be registered with Sales Tax and Service Tax (if applicable) authorities of respect State and Central Govt.

For more than one package, separate application form is to be submitted for each package.
1.0 The enlistment shall be valid for a period of THREE years from the date of enlistment.
2.0 The business dealings with the enlisted agencies may be suspended if prime facie it is found that the agency is involved in an offence of unethical business dealings.
3.0 Premature termination of the enlistment may be done if vendor does not respond against three consecutive tender enquiries without any valid reason or on account of poor performance of the agency or if the agency.
4.0 Fails to execute a contract/order or fails to execute it satisfactorily.
5.0 The technical staff or the equipment considered necessary at the time of enlistment is no, longer available with the agency.
6.0 Fails to furnish the certificates/documents required against statutory liabilities as per the Govt./OPGC rules.
7.0 Declared bankrupt or insolvent or its financial position becomes unsound of if the company is wound up or liquidated.
8.0 The documents submitted by the bidder in respect of meeting QR are found forged.
9.0 OPGC shall not be responsible for any postal delay, loss or non-receipt of documents sent through post/Courier.
10.0 OPGC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons thereof.
11.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, OPGC reserves the right to assess the bidder’s capability and capacity to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the overall interest of OPGC and the decision of OPGC in this regard shall be final and binding.
