The above single bid should be sealed super scribing as both Technical and Price bid super scribing "N.I.T No. ITPS/(Purchase) /2017-2018 / 20 (P) dt.25/11/2017 for “Supply of Bearing & Bearing adaptor sleeve to ITPS” due on 21/12/2017. Your offer should reach this office on or before 21/12/2017 up to 15 hours. Bid shall be opened on the same day at 15.30 hours in presence of either the bidders or their authorized representatives. Parties who shall qualify technically may intimated for further discussion at our site for further technical discussion. The L-1 bidder shall be call for price negotiation at our site if required.
Tender document without submission of requisite EMD shall be liable for rejection. Offers received late due to postal or courier delay shall not be entertained and OPGC shall not take any responsibility for such delay. The bidder at their interest should ensure delivery of the bid well in advance.
